You are literally working to change how people show up in the workplace; this requires changes to patterns that have been built over years or even decades in their neural networks and muscle memory. In this session we will look at a case study in which a Stop, Start, Continue model was applied through group and individual coaching to successfully change a top-down, authoritarian style of leadership that had been in place in the industry for more than a century.
