About Robert Naylor
Robert Naylor is a professional development coach and consultant with expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion; leadership development; team dynamic; and organizational communications.
He is an International Coaching Federation certified coach. Robert works with businesses of all sizes, member associations, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations to create tailored DEI programs and to develop strategies for building performance and engagement.
A former journalist, Robert works with a number of news industry organizations.
He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Jackson State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
Robert also has graduate certificates in servant leadership from Gonzaga and leadership studies from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
