Isolde Kanikani
Isolde Kanikani is a transformation strategist with deep expertise in organizational, people, and digital change. As founder of I:DNA and co-founder of Vinchi, she drives value-focused transformation across sectors. She serves as Vice President of ACMP and Executive Board Member at the Neurodiversity Foundation.
With an MBA, a Master’s in HRM, and numerous certifications, Isolde integrates strategy with hands-on execution. She is the creator of ChangeOps, a strategic change approach, and regularly speaks on governance, value realization, and tech-integrated change. Known for making transformation stick, she turns vision into lasting impact.

Erja Klemola
Erja is a COO and Transformation Lead of Pandatron.ai with 20+ years of experience in making changes
happen. With a strong background in human-centric transformations, she possesses a
proven ability to create surroundings where change can emerge. She believes change
happens when people feel safe enough to do so and that that is best sparked with coaching
style leadership.
She has gathered her experience from consulting and acting as a change lead for large
organizations from various industries. For her all changes are just as valuable. It’s about
sparking motivation to see things differently and letting go of old beliefs.

Gavin Wedell
Gavin is CEO of ChangePlan, the world’s leading enterprise change management platform. He is the creator of change management guides used in over 100,000 organizations & videos viewed over 1M times. His mission is to help organizations by equipping them with digital infrastructure for change. Gavin has taught at business schools across Europe and Asia and regularly speaks at change management industry events worldwide. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and an honors degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales.

Declan Foster
Declan Foster is the founder and CEO of ProjectAI.com, a platform dedicated to transforming the future of project and change management through artificial intelligence. Melanie Franklin

Theresa is a seasoned change management consultant and executive coach with a knack for leading impactful transformations in fields like finance, higher education, and entertainment. She’s worked with top-tier clients, from Fidelity Investments to Dartmouth College, always bringing her expertise and a warm, engaging approach.
She holds certifications in agile change, Prosci® change management, and coaching. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.S. from UMass and has taught at the graduate level at Cambridge College. She founded the Change Management Review™. Theresa’s ongoing contributions to the field include her work with the ACMP Global/ICF Global Task Force.
